NO CRUST CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut, optional
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into greased 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
