4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Grease and flour 9 inch pie pan as if preparing pan for cake. Mix above ingredients and pour into prepared pie pan. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes or until custard is firm.
