TACOLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, coarsely crushed
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
1 tbsp. chili powder (optional)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped tomato
Sliced onion
Shredded lettuce

Line an 8x8 inch baking pan or round casserole with foil. Place 2/3 of corn chips in bottom of pan. Spread chili evenly over chips.

In large frying pan, brown ground beef over medium heat. Stir in salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Spoon ground beef mixture over chili. Place remaining chips evenly over meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve garnished with tomato, onion, and lettuce. Serves 6.
