TEXAS SHEET CAKE #1 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. water
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
4-6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts; optional

Cake: Melt butter and cocoa in saucepan. Add water. Add flour, sugar, salt, and soda; mix well. Add eggs, stirring well after each. Add sour cream and vanilla. Pour into greased pan, cookie sheet size. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. Pour frosting on cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.

Frosting: Melt butter, add all other ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Don't have frosting too thick. Makes about 25 brownie size pieces.
