BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Nutmeg and pepper to taste
2 c. half & half cream

Bring broccoli, onion, and chicken stock to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Puree broccoli mixture until smooth. Melt butter in pot, add flour and seasonings, stirring until smooth. Slowly stir in half & half. Add broccoli puree, stirring often until soup heats through.
