FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
4 oz. sweet butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Romano cheese, grated
Chives, optional
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. fettucini noodles

Melt butter. Add heavy cream. Heat. Add sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour on top of freshly cooked noodles. Sprinkle with chives. Serve piping hot.
