FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
1 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Cook noodles. Drain. Return to stove. Add butter, cream and cheeses; toss lightly. Add parsley and pepper; stir until all cheese is melted. Total cooking time is 15 minutes. Serves 6.
