15 MINUTE CREAMY FETTUCCINE
ALFREDO WITH CLAMS
 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can clams, drained
8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. tarragon

Combine first 15 ingredients in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Add fettuccine; toss lightly.

Serves 4.
