1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed 3/4 c. (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained In saucepan, stir together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk over low heat until smooth. Add fettuccine, toss lightly. 4 servings. |
