FAVORITE TUNA SALAD 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
1 med. Delicious apple, unpeeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Add mayonnaise, and stir gently. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
