SPANISH CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage, sliced thin
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 c. tomatoes (canned ones)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion
1/4 c. bell pepper, sliced
3 tbsp. bacon drippings

Saute onions, pepper and celery in bacon drippings. Add cabbage and canned tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until just done. Cabbage should be crunchy.
