PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple

Mix above ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan, 9 x 13. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix well with 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup nuts, if desired.
