1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. bran flakes 7 c. rolled oats 1 c. sesame seeds 1 c. sunflower seeds 1 c. slivered or sliced almonds 1/2 c. peanuts (or any nuts) Mix first 3 ingredients in large pan. Heat over low heat until thin. Stir rest of ingredients into above until coated. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 200 to 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove and add 2 cups raisins or dates. |
