12 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. sesame seeds 1 c. chopped nuts, walnuts, or peanuts 2/3 c. honey 2/3 c. oil 1 tbsp. water Combine and mix dry ingredients. Combine and slightly heat remaining ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients; stir to coat well. Pour into 2 cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times while browning. Stir occasionally while cooling. Store in tightly sealed container. Freezes well. |
