SALLY'S GRANOLA 
6 c. rolled oats
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 c. oil
1 c. honey
2 c. raisins or other dried fruit

Combine ingredients in a PAM-ed baking pan. Heat oil and honey until warm enough to mix. Do not boil. Pour syrup over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and place in 225 degree oven for approximately 1 1/2 hours, lifting and mixing with wooden spoon every 20 minutes until golden. Cool and add raisins (or any combination of dried fruit you like). Mix well and store in airtight jars in the refrigerator. Makes 5 quarts.
