GRANOLA 
5 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. soy flour
1 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. almonds
1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. bran flakes
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients (first 8) in large bowl; set aside. Mix next 3 ingredients in bowl and microwave 3 minutes on high. Stir well and add to dry ingredients and mix well. Put in flat cookie sheet and spread out. Bake at 150 degrees for 2 hours, stirring often. (This is great on fresh fruit.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
