HOLDEN VILLAGE GRANOLA 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
4 c. reg. rolled oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. chopped dates or raisins or other dried fruits or nuts

Heat honey and oil together. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour warmed ingredients over and mix. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and store in airtight containers.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Microwave rolled oats 6 to 8 minutes on high. Stir every 2 minutes. Add remaining dry ingredients. Pour warmed honey and oil over dry ingredients and stir. Microwave 3 to 5 minutes on high. Stir twice. Cool and store in airtight containers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
