GRANOLAS 
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. whole wheat
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. hulled sunflower seeds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
Any or all dried fruit, raisins, dates, pineapple, bananas, etc.
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 7 ingredients in small pan. Heat honey, oil and vanilla to almost a boil. Stir into first 7 ingredients and spread thin layer in pans and bake at 325 degree oven for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in dried fruit. Store in tightly covered container. I double this recipe.
