SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
1 iron skillet

Butter skillet. Add 1 can of water to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Heat until hot. Slice a layer of potatoes as thick as you want them. Then a layer of onions (chopped). Then soup. Then another layer of potatoes, onions, and soup. Do this until skillet is 3/4 full. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
