SKILLET SCALLOPED POTATOES AND
HAM
 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/3 c. water
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook and stir onion in oil in 10" skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in water, milk, sauce mix, potatoes, ham and paprika. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in green beans and cheese. Cook until beans are heated through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. 5 or 6 servings.
