EASY FUDGE 
1 (24 oz.) chocolate bark
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor (pecans optional)

Melt bark in saucepan over low heat. Add milk; stir well. Add vanilla; stir. Pour in pan greased with melted butter. Place in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares with knife that has been dipped in hot water. Dip knife before cutting each square.
