ZESTY BLACK EYED PEAS 
1/2 lb. bacon
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
1 can tomatoes
2 cans blackeyed peas
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove to drain. Saute onions and celery in bacon grease. Add black eyed peas and both cans of tomatoes. Crumble bacon into mixture. Simmer approximately 1 hour.
