MEAT BALLS OVER NOODLES 
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can undiluted chicken and rice soup
1 can undiluted tomato soup
1 can water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 slices of bread
1/4 c. evaporated Pet milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add undiluted soups and water. Heat to boiling. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix ground beef, bread, broken in small pieces, evaporated milk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape in ping pong size balls. Drop in simmering sauce. Cook about 1 hour or 45 minutes if done to satisfaction. Serve over noodles. Easy and good.
