MEAT AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 pkg. med. noodles
3 tbsp. drippings
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 c. water

Run onion and green pepper through food processor. Put drippings into a skillet and add ground beef, onion and green pepper. Allow to cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Drop noodles into boiling salted water and allow to cook about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and add meat mixture. Add other ingredients and turn into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
