STOVE TOP MEAT AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed beef
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. vegetable of your choice (peas, beans, carrots, celery or broccoli)
12 oz. bag wide egg noodles

Marinate cubed beef in Worcestershire sauce. Drain meat and save sauce, then add garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and thyme to meat. Sprinkle meat in 2 tablespoons flour in heavy skillet. Brown meat in vegetable oil. Cook on medium high and add chopped onion and leftover marinade sauce. Add cream soups and water and cook 10 minutes. Then add vegetable of your choice, and bag of uncooked noodles. Cook another 15 minutes, may need more water. Serve on platter.
