MEAT AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. noodles (egg or flat)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can of mushroom pieces
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 can tomato soup
3/4 lb. chopped meat

In 2 tablespoon butter, saute onion, celery, pepper and mushrooms. Add meat. When slightly brown, add soup and tomato sauce. Cook for 15 minutes. Add mixture to cooked noodles and stir together. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, top with strips of bacon. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
