MY MOTHER'S GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
Grated onion to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dry bread, about 2 slices
1 egg, beaten slightly
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour
Potatoes
Sm. bottle ketchup

Combine first 6 ingredients and make into small meat balls. Flour and fry each side until brown, but not cooked through. Peel potatoes into quarters or smaller and par boil. Save liquid from potatoes and meat balls. Put potatoes in bottom of casserole and meat balls on top. Add ketchup to liquid in fry pan and some of the potato water. Boil until it gets a little thick, then pour over meat and potatoes in casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until potatoes are completely done.
