VIENNESE BEEF GOULASH 
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lbs. beef chuck, cut in cubes
3/4 tsp. dried marjoram
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 1/2 c. water
6 med. potatoes, peeled

Brown onions lightly in butter in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients, cover and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees about 1 3/4 hours. Serves 6.
