HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. beef cubes
2 onions
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika or hot paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. cider vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
2 c. water
3 tbsp. arrowroot or flour
1 pkg. noodles

Brown the meat, add onions. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Add meat with 1 1/2 cups of water. Simmer covered about 3 hours. The longer you cook it, the more tender the meat will be. Combine the arrowroot with the remaining water; add to meat mixture, stir until thickened. Cook your noodles according to package directions and drain. Serve meat mixture over noodles.
