Ketchup Onions Paprika

Brown meat in butter or oil. Put meat in large, slow cooking pot and cover heavily with paprika. Cover this with a layer of sliced onion (use plenty). Cover generously with ketchup. (I know it sounds crazy, but wait until you taste it.) Cook covered for 3 to 4 hours at 325 degrees in oven (until meat is tender.)

Adding a little red wine (after ketchup) before cooking is optional.

Serve over large buttered noodles!
