GOULASH 
7 oz. elbow macaroni
1 lb. hamburger
1 can chili beans
1/2-3/4 c. ketchup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain water. Brown hamburger or turkey. Add diced onion if desired. Drain hamburger; add macaroni, chili beans and ketchup. Simmer a few minutes. Just before serving, stir in grated cheese or place on top and microwave a few seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
