WARM TURKEY ROLL-UPS WITH
MUSHROOM SAUCE

These are SO simple... and really great! They have been in my family as long as I can remember... So they are comfort food for me.

8 slices deli meat or cooked turkey breast (cut 1/4-inch thick)
1 head fresh broccoli (could use frozen as well)
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (23 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (or 2 regular)
1 cup milk

Steam broccoli before preparing.

Take a piece of turkey, lay flat and sprinkle cheese on it. Then lay broccoli down the center (you want to lay the broccoli going the long way so you have more turkey to roll with at the end).

Roll turkey into a "roll" and then sit in a baking dish (I use Pyrex).

Repeat these steps until all turkey is used.

Mix cream of mushroom soup with milk and spread over the top of all the rolls and sprinkle remaining cheese over all of it.

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Serve with your choice rice :)

Note: I like to mix any leftover broccoli just on the side of all the roll ups... with the mushroom soup mix... you can serve these with rice which is my families favorite, or mashed potatoes.

Please leave feedback if you make them... any variations you did... I would love to hear! :) Thank you!
