PORK CHOPS & STUFFING 
4 center cut pork chops
Mushroom soup

STUFFING:

3 c. soft bread cubes
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Brown pork chops on both sides. Put a glob of stuffing on each chop in a long baking pan. Mix 1 cup mushroom soup with 1/3 cup of water. Drizzle over stuffing and chops. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
