POLISH SAUSAGE & CABBAGE 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage
2-3 potatoes, peeled
1 head green cabbage
2 med. onions, peeled
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
Water
Salt & pepper to taste

Slice sausage, potatoes, cabbage, and onion into medium size chunks and combine in a large saucepan. Stir in chicken broth, then add water until the meat and vegetables are covered with liquid. Add salt and pepper and let simmer for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Serve.
