MELTING MOMENTS COOKIES | |
1 c. unsifted flour 1/2 c. Argo cornstarch 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 3/4 c. Mazola butter 1 tsp. vanilla In a bowl stir together first 3 ingredients. In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat butter until smooth. Beat in flour mixture and vanilla until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls about 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with lightly floured fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 or 12 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Makes 3 dozen. A piece of nut or chocolate sprinkles can be put on cookies before baking. |
