3 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
2 inch strips of cheese
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Mix beef and sausage; shape around cheese strips in the shape of logs. Mix tomato sauce and spices. Pour over logs in a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 16-20 logs.
