BEER BREAD 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can beer

Mix flour, sugar and beer in a bowl. Blend together until batter is smooth.

Grease a loaf pan. Pour batter in pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Brush top with melted butter and bake 10-15 minutes longer.

Great with chili.
