BEER BREAD | |
10 oz. beer (any brand, not flat) 3 c. self-rising flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cubed, grated sharp Cheddar cheese Mix flour, sugar and salt in bowl. Add cheese and beer; mix well until all flour is thoroughly mixed. Pour dough into well buttered loaf pan. Spread to edges of pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
