QUICK BEER WHEAT BREAD 
3 c. pkg. biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) beer, room temperature

In a mixer bowl, combine the biscuit mix, flour and sugar. Add eggs and beer. Beat with electric mixer about 1 minute or until well blended. Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, spreading evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Makes one loaf.
