QUICK WHOLE - WHEAT MOLASSES
BREAD
 
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. whole-wheat flour
2/3 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat together sugar and egg. Add molasses and oil. Blend dry ingredients; add to mix with buttermilk; blend well. Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 inch pan; let stand for 15 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
