BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp. oil
1 bunch broccoli, trimmed
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

In a wok, brown meat in 1 tablespoon oil; push to side. Brown broccoli in oil, onions, mushrooms and garlic. Add beef broth, soy sauce and cornstarch. Cook 5 minutes. Serve with white rice.
