CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2-3/4 lb. chicken breast, cooked
4 green onions (optional)
Iceburg lettuce
4 tbsp. almond pieces
1/2 to 1 c. Fritos

Cook chicken, then cut up to bite size pieces. Cut up onions, lettuce, all bite size; add almonds, then add dressing and Fritos at last minute.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar (white)

Mix ingredients together.
