CHICKEN AND CHIPS 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. slivered almonds (toasted)
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded processed American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips or Fritos
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Pile lightly in 9 inch Pyrex pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese and top with potato chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Serves 4 to 6.
