CHICKEN 'N CHIPS CASSEROLE 
Sm. pkg. Doritos (plain or Nacho Cheese flavor)
8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 c. cooked, boned chicken, cut into bite sized pieces

Mix together the three cans undiluted soups, chicken pieces, and cumin. In an ovenproof casserole dish, place a layer of Doritos. Place half the cheese slices over chips then pour soup mixture over this. Top with another layer of chips and remaining cheese slices. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly and cheese is melted.
