CHICKEN 'N CHIPS 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. celery, cut
1 tbsp. onions, minced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 boiled eggs, sliced
3/4 c. wild rice, cooked

Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cover top with additional 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
