GEORGIA CHICKEN 
2 chickens, cut up
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. corn flake crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. dried parsley flakes
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine in large bowl: crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Wipe chicken pieces with damp cloth. Dip chicken in melted butter, roll in crumb mixture and arrange in shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer. To hold for a delayed dinner, don't uncover and lower heat. Serves 6.
