NO FUSS BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
2/3 c. corn flake crumbs

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard in a small bowl. Measure out 1/3 cup and refrigerate. Brush both sides of chicken with the remaining mixture. Coat well with crumbs. Arrange in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. Serve with reserved mayonnaise mixture for dipping.
