BAKED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts (halves)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs

Mix together mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Brush mixture on all sides of chicken. Place bread crumbs in plastic bag, shake to coat chicken. Place on rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves: 6.
