BAKED MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves (skinned)
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter (melted)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water or white wine
paprika

Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in crumbs. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Combine butter, lemon juice and water. Drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of meat then pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 15 minutes.
