TANGY MUSTARD CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. grated cheese

1. Microwave cauliflower and water 9 minutes on high power. Use a 1 1/2 quart deep glass casserole and cover with lid. Drain.

2. Combine rest of ingredients in small bowl. Spoon on the cauliflower head and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on medium heat to heat topping and melt cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
